Dozer Operators

Operates and monitors coal handling machinery — tipplers, chutes, crushers, and conveyors — ensuring continuous fuel delivery to boiler bunkers.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate wagon tipplers and track hopper feeders to unload rakes within free time.
- Monitor conveyor belts — tracking, skirt seals, pull-cords, and sway switches.
- Operate ring granulators/crushers, checking bearing vibration and oil levels.
- Drive stacker-reclaimers, bulldozers, and loaders to manage coal stockpiles.
- Clear chute/screen blockages and operate dust suppression systems.
- Apply field isolations on conveyor drives for maintenance permits.
Technical skills: Belt conveyor mechanics, coal crushing systems, heavy mobile plant controls.
Education: 10th Pass/ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; heavy machinery license where operating mobile plant.
Experience: 3-5 years in coal handling or bulk material transport.
