C&I Technician

Performs hands-on calibration, PM, repair, and field installation of sensors, transmitters, valves, and analytical instruments.
Key responsibilities:
- Calibrate pressure, DP, temperature, level, and flow transmitters; document errors.
- Overhaul and calibrate pneumatic control valves, I/P converters, and smart positioners.
- Service motorized valve actuators, setting limit and torque switches.
- Clean and purge impulse sensing lines and manifold valves.
- Service RTDs/thermocouples and analytical instruments (pH, conductivity, DO, silica).
- Terminate instrument cables and trace field cables using loop testers.
Technical skills: 4-20mA loop physics, HART protocol, pneumatic loops, valve positioner tuning.
Education: ITI Instrumentation/Electronics or Diploma in Instrumentation & Control.
Experience: 3-5 years hands-on C&I maintenance.
